The idea is that this ritual foot washing ceremony is a free offer, a gift for the participant.

In biblical times, the guest's feet were washed, just as we offer a cup of coffee or tea to a welcome visitor today...
Therefore, no individual payment can be asked from the participating audience in this interactive art installation.

Financial compensation is therefore provided by the organisers, who include the ritual foot washing ceremony as an extraordinary art and wellness event in their programme and thus offer their audience a special pleasure and benefit.
  A flat artist's fee is agreed with the organisers, plus incidental costs such as travel, transport, accommodation and catering (depending on the effort involved).

duration:
Depending on the event and the demand, such an on-going performance/installation can last up to 5 hours or possibly even longer in case of a big crowd, whereas the individual sessions usually last about 15 minutes.
Since this art work is a direct energy work on people, there is a natural limit to the amount of energy that can be used, i.e. 3-4 sessions are followed by a break of about 15 minutes.
